Jim McWhirter

Executive Director, Certified Active Adult Specialist In Housing

Jim McWhirter has been a builder and developer for over 28 years. Jim specializes in retirement communities and assisted living facilities, and he is an Oklahoma State licensed administrator and registered food services operator. He has been married to Lisa for 37 years and they have three children; Tara and Branden Schnider, Marci and Josh Simmons, and Scott and Allison McWhirter. Jim also trains the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Emergency Response Dive Team.

Kyle Parker

Tealridge Co–Director, Social Services & Lifestyle Director

Kyle Parker was born and raised in Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Youth Ministry. He served as a youth and family minister and worship minister for 12 years before he joined the Tealridge family. He is married to Brienne, and has one son, Noah, who is 4 and one due in April. Kyle enjoys reading, spending time with family, eating, and singing. Kyle enjoys his  ministry to the residents at Tealridge and looks forward to many more years of service here.

Allison Conti

Director of Advertising

Allison Conti was born and raised in Texas.  This happily married mother of two is our “Marketing Guru.”  She has an extensive background in the advertising industry, as she has worked for News 9, Renda Broadcasting, and The Daily Oklahoman creating and selling ads.  Aside from being passionate about marketing, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, camping, and she hardly turns down a good read.

Mary Ann Brown

Director of Marketing

Mary Ann Brown is an Oklahoma Christian University graduate and is certified as an Administrator for Assisted Living Communities. She joins us from Oklahoma Christian University where she worked for 28 years.  Mary Ann has a husband, Sid, six children, and five fabulous grandchildren.   She is a native of Oklahoma City and played in the Oklahoma City Community Orchestra in the late 90s.  Mary Ann is an occasional cook, sloppy housekeeper, quilter and most recently she fell in love with our residents and enjoys spending time with them every day.
